This covers IP addresses, browser types, device information, operating systems, and pages you visit within our platform. We use cookies and similar tracking tools to remember your preferences and understand usage patterns.

These providers sign agreements limiting how they can use your data – they're only allowed to process information for the specific services they provide to us.

For financial data you've uploaded, you can export it directly from your dashboard at any time. The export feature generates CSV or Excel files containing your forecasts, budgets, and historical data.

Correction and Updates

Spotted incorrect information in your account? You can update most details through your profile settings. Deletion Requests

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data. We'll process deletion requests within 45 days. Some information might be retained for legitimate business reasons like completing transactions, resolving disputes, or complying with legal obligations. Financial records related to billing typically get kept for seven years per Taiwan tax requirements.

To request account deletion:

  • Include your account email and confirm you want to permanently delete your data
  • We'll verify your identity and process the request within 45 days
  • You'll receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Marketing Preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from promotional lists while keeping you subscribed to essential service notifications. You can also adjust email preferences in your account settings.

Cookie Management

Browser settings let you control cookies. Blocking all cookies might affect platform functionality – features like staying logged in or remembering your dashboard layout depend on them. Essential cookies (needed for security and basic operations) can't be disabled without affecting service quality.

Security Measures

Protecting financial data requires multiple layers of security. We've implemented technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your information.

Technical Protections

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption (the same technology banks use). Stored data gets encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption standards. We regularly update our security protocols as new threats emerge and better protection methods become available.

Our infrastructure includes firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability scanning. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it for their job functions. Every access event gets logged for audit purposes.

Operational Security

MindVoltStream employees receive security training covering data handling procedures and privacy requirements. We conduct background checks on staff who have access to customer information. Third-party security firms perform annual audits of our systems and practices.

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize data so it can't be associated with you. Anonymized data (stripped of personally identifiable details) might be kept indefinitely for statistical analysis and research purposes.

International Data Transfers

While MindVoltStream operates from Taiwan, some of our service providers use infrastructure located in other countries. This means your data might be processed or stored outside Taiwan at times.

When data leaves Taiwan, we ensure adequate protection through several mechanisms. Our contracts with international providers include data protection clauses requiring them to maintain security standards equivalent to Taiwan's laws. We assess each provider's privacy practices before partnering with them.

Cloud hosting services we use maintain data centers in Singapore and Japan. These locations were chosen for their strong privacy regulations and proximity to Taiwan, which reduces latency and improves platform performance. Data stored in these facilities receives the same encryption and access controls as locally stored information.

Children's Privacy

MindVoltStream is designed for business professionals and adults managing personal finances. Our service isn't intended for anyone under 18 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that someone under 18 has created an account, we'll delete it promptly.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact us immediately at support@mindvoltstream.com so we can remove the data.

Changes to This Policy

Privacy regulations evolve, and our practices adapt over time. We review this policy regularly and update it when necessary. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when we last made changes.

Significant changes get announced through email notifications and platform alerts. We encourage you to review this policy periodically, especially before providing new types of information to our platform. Continuing to use MindVoltStream after policy updates means you accept the revised terms.

We'll never reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. If a change significantly affects how we handle your data, we'll ask you to review and accept the new terms before continuing to use the service.

Taiwan-Specific Rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have specific rights regarding your personal information. These include the right to know how we collect and use your data, the right to review and correct your information, and the right to request deletion or cessation of data processing.

You can also request that we stop using your data for marketing purposes without affecting other services. If you believe we've violated your privacy rights under Taiwan law, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Development Council's Department of Cyber Security.

We respond to PDPA requests within 15 days as required by law. Some requests might require identity verification to protect against unauthorized access to your information. If we need to extend the response time, we'll notify you and explain why.
