Financial Planning That Actually Works for Your Business
We started mindvoltstream because we kept seeing the same problem. Businesses had spreadsheets full of numbers but no real clarity about where their money was going or what came next.
How We Got Started
Back in 2019, three of us were working at different financial firms in Kaohsiung. We'd meet for coffee and complain about the same thing — our clients needed help with basic forecasting, but most services either cost too much or made everything more complicated than it needed to be.
So we built something different. Started small with a handful of local businesses who let us test our approach. No fancy promises, just straightforward financial planning that helped them see three to six months ahead clearly.
What worked then still works now. We focus on making your budget understandable and your forecasts realistic. That's it. No magic formulas or overnight transformations — just solid financial planning that helps you make better decisions.

Six Years of Growth
Founded in Kaohsiung
Started with five clients and a shared office space. Our first year taught us more about what businesses actually need than any textbook ever did.
Expanded Service Range
Added scenario planning tools after clients kept asking "what if" questions we couldn't answer with basic forecasting. Built custom modeling that shows multiple potential outcomes instead of just one.
Opened Second Location
Moved into our Bade Road office when the team outgrew our original space. Now working with over forty businesses across southern Taiwan.
Looking Forward
Currently developing better integration tools that connect with existing accounting systems. Want to make data import less tedious for everyone involved.
Who Does the Work

Marcus Chen
Financial Analysis LeadSpent eight years at bigger firms before joining us in 2020. Still drinks too much coffee and still thinks cashflow modeling is oddly satisfying to build.

Iris Yang
Budget StrategyJoined straight out of graduate school in 2021. Has an annoying talent for spotting budget problems before they become actual problems.

What Matters to Us
Realistic Projections
We build forecasts based on your actual patterns, not industry averages or wishful thinking. Sometimes that means telling you things you'd rather not hear, but it beats surprises later.
Plain Language
Financial planning already feels complicated enough. We explain things without jargon and make sure you understand why we're recommending what we're recommending.
Ongoing Support
Markets change, expenses shift, revenue fluctuates. We adjust your forecasts as your situation evolves rather than handing you a static document and disappearing.
